| The great thing about the Surf Ranch, is that we are located in the farm valley, 5 minutes from San Juan Del Sur. Our good friends at Finca Caballo Pinto are located just down the road from us, and we have teamed up to offer our guests (you), amazing horseback tours through scenic valleys filled with howler monkeys, small secluded villages, up sun-sprayed hills, to the hot beaches, through the warm waters of the Pacific Ocean, and only to arrive to the sight of the dissapearing sun.
Finca Caballo Pinto is a 65-acre horse ranch / farm that raises quality paint horses, sired by their American Paint Horse Association registered stallions. The great thing about our horseback tours, is that you will have a guide pick you up at the Surf Ranch, with your own private horse. From the Surf Ranch, you will gallop your way over to the Finca Caballo Pinto acreage, where you will get an overview of horseback riding and the enchanted land that you will soon be exploring. You will also get to meet the baby horses, swing on the Tarzan rope swings, and view the iguanarium. After the guided horseback tour, you will ride your way back to the Surf Ranch.
