| Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is made up of various fighting styles including
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, Collegiate Wrestling, Muay Thai, Submission wrestling and
Western Boxing. This is a great sport to get you in shape and to teach you some
self defense and mind techniques.
We offer MMA training with a mixed martial arts professional. If you haven't tried MMA before or are very experienced, we have the best training facility for you. You shouldn't be gaining pounds on vacation, so why not come home, tanned and in shape!
