Resort- Welcome to the Surf Ranch Action Sports Resort - Stay up to date with the progress below as we build the resort.
Surf Ranch Resort
As you enter the resort, the first thing you will see is the reception and a 2 story bar and restaurant. This is the main hangout spot of the whole resort, this is where you can order food from our worldwide menu created by our top chefs, or order drinks from any 3 of our bars. We have 1 bar on the first floor, 1 bar on the second floor (nice view) and one bar in the pool! During our big events and weekend parties, this area is the place to be - with food, drinks, live bands & dj's, pool parties, skateboard competitions and any crazy last minute things we can think of. We also offer free shuttles to and from town which is only 5 minutes away!
Pool & Swim-Up Bar
Located in the middle of the resort, this is a great place to hang out and meet new people. Surrounded by lounge chairs and tables, there is a lot of room to relax and mingle! There is also a tropical style swim up bar in the pool. Surrounding the pool is the outdoor BBQ area, this is mostly used at our events and parties. Water toys and volleyball nets available at reception.
First Cement Skateboard Park in Nicaragua
The first cement skateboard park in Nicaragua. Over 6000 square feet. Our skatepark features a 4 ft roll in, right from the resort, into a 26 ft long, 30 ft wide, 4 ft high mini ramp section, with another roller into the main street park. The street park consists of 3 flat ledges of different sizes, a table top with straight out ledge, cross and down rail, step-up, banks, 2 straight out ledges, 2 down ledges, an 8 stair and 2 handrails, step up manual pad, 3 ft quarter pipe and a smaller up and down manual pad with ledges, and some flatbars.
Skateboard and Surf Shop
Onsite skateboard and surf shop. Our skateboard shop will carry all of the latest clothing and skateboard gear. This is the place to rent a skateboard or purchase one if you happen to break yours. Right beside the skateboard shop is the surf shop, this is where you can rent surfboards for half the day or the full day, and sign up for rides on our daily beach shuttles. If you happen to break your board, no problem, our shop also repairs surf boards. We also sell bottled water, energy drinks and snacks to keep you energized!
Tropical Bungalows
We have 6 tropical bungalows that sleep 4 people with a private bathroom and 4 private bungalows that sleep 2 people with a private bathroom. All bungalows have a rooftop patio with lounge chairs, air-conditioning, chill area in the front, room service, DVD rentals, and a bunch more. In total we have 10 bungalows and room for 30 guests at a time.
Gym and Massage Studio
Our air-conditioned gym is equipped with the latest workout machines to help you keep in shape and ready to pursue your favorite action sports. We have flat screen tv's in the gym with your choice of surf, skateboard videos, etc... We have lockers as well to store your items. We also have a full massage studio room with our top nicaraguan massage professionals. You also have the option to have the massage professionals come to you in your bungalow or while you relax by the pool.
Beach Volleyball Net
A professional size beach volleyball net. Perfect place to meet new people. Volleyballs are available for rent at the reception. During our weekend parties and events, the volleyball court makes for a popular place to hang out and take part in the competitions to battle to be the number 1 team and win the featured prizes.
Staff Quarters & Painball Booth
This is the staff headquarters, featuring room for 8 people, kitchen and bar, bathroom, outdoor patio with pool table. Attached to the staff building is the paintball rental booth. This is where you get equipped up and prepared before you enter war in our 1 acre jungle river course. We only have the top of the line paintball guns and gear.
1 Acre Jungle Paintball Course
This paintball course is unique because it is fully integrated into the surrounding jungle. It features full army bunkers on each side of the course, a main base for each team, a 12 ft river trench that snakes its way through the middle of the course, sniper lookouts and a variety of obstacles blended in to take cover behind. This paintball course is a must play!
