01 · ARRIVAL
Your arriving bus, airport transfer and surf lesson each has its own meeting point. If your reservation says Surf Ranch, share the resort pin near Las Delicias with your driver. The hotel sits inland between San Juan del Sur and Playa Remanso.

See airport transfer optionsOne public route starts at Mercado Roberto Huembes in Managua. Ride to the Rivas terminal and change for San Juan del Sur. At the terminal, ask which vehicle is leaving for town and confirm the fare and last departure that day. Then arrange the final leg from town to the resort.

For a taxi, show the driver the Surf Ranch Resort pin and agree whether the price covers your group or each passenger. If you arrive late, plan the pickup before leaving your previous stop. Reception can help confirm arrangements for a town outing.

Start at Parque Central so everyone knows where to meet. Browse the Mercado Municipal, then head to the malecón for a waterfront walk and dinner. Leave the Cristo de la Misericordia viewpoint for a separate uphill outing if you have the time and transport.
Agree on a named landmark and the side of the street while everyone is together. Save the pin on your phone, share it with your group and confirm a time. This is especially helpful if half the group stays for dinner while the others head back earlier with children.
03 · BEACH TRANSPORT
Remanso and Maderas are separate outings from the town waterfront. Decide which beach you want before comparing a shared shuttle, taxi or a lesson that includes transport.
The 3-, 5- and 7-night Surf & Stay packages include boards and return beach transport for their scheduled lessons. Confirm departure time with reception. A personal trip into town or an evening ride back from dinner is separate.

You can send this in Spanish when asking a driver for a quote. Add the pickup time, both pins, the number of passengers and any boards or luggage.

For a family, mention any child seat you need and confirm availability before booking. For a group traveling on different flights, say which passengers should share a pickup and which want their own ride.
