Bringing six, eight or twelve people? Start with who wants to share a bed and who wants a bedroom of their own. Then pick the room mix that fits.
THE ROOM PLAN
These examples use the listed room capacities. Check availability for your dates before assigning rooms.

Four friends who are happy sharing two queen beds can take one condo. Put the other two in a standard room. Request a twin setup if they prefer separate beds.

For two families of four, start with one villa per family. Each has two bedrooms. If everyone is comfortable sharing queen beds, compare the price of two condos for the same dates.

Three condos give you six queen beds for twelve people sharing in pairs. If some guests want their own beds, list those names first and ask the team about twins or extra rooms.
COUNT THE BEDS
A condo sleeps four when two people share each queen. For guests who want separate beds, count mattresses first. Here are three ways the room list changes.
Request three standard rooms with two twin beds in each. If only queen rooms are available on your dates, ask reception to revise the layout before anyone commits to sharing.
One condo gives the two couples a queen bed each in the same space. Two twin rooms give the remaining four friends a bed each. If the couples prefer private rooms, compare two queen standards instead of the condo.
Give each family of four its own unit. Compare three condos if each family wants two queen beds, or three villas if each needs two bedrooms. Ask about room locations if staying close together matters.

DINING TOGETHER
If you want to meet for breakfast and head into town for dinner, direct rooms include breakfast. For days together at the pool, compare the all-inclusive option for meals and included drinks.

Plan around check-in from 2 pm and checkout by noon. Collect flight numbers, airports, landing times and passenger counts by arrival group before requesting transfers. The resort is inland, so decide together who needs transport into town or to the beach. Reception can arrange paid trips.

Arrange a volleyball game on the resort court or meet by the pool after breakfast. If only part of the group wants to surf, count those guests separately when asking about lessons. If everyone wants lessons, compare the three-night surf package, which includes two sessions per person, boards during lessons and return beach transport. Reception schedules sessions around ocean conditions.

“We’re eight adults arriving [date] and leaving [date]. Two couples can share a condo. Four friends need individual beds. Can you check one condo and two twin rooms for the same nights? Please quote breakfast and all-inclusive separately. We arrive on two flights and would also like transfer options.”

Suppose eight guests were sharing two condos and one guest cancels before you book. Seven still exceed the four-person capacity of a single condo. Check two units for the new headcount, then count the people who will actually share a queen bed. A vacant place in a room does not create a separate bed.
After a reservation is paid, review its change terms and send reception the booking name, dates, original headcount and new headcount before promising the group a revised price. If you also booked lessons or transfers, identify which quantities need changing.
PLANNING TOGETHER
If you know the room mix, check dates and rates directly. For help with a multi-room stay, send your arrival and departure dates, the number of adults and children, and how many separate beds you need. For a hosted retreat, use the retreat planner to outline your program.
