Get the room cost for your dates

Choose arrival and departure, enter everyone traveling and compare breakfast-included rooms. The booking engine shows the total with tax before payment. Use the full stay total as your starting point. Weekend, holiday and seasonal pricing can change the nightly rate.

Two adults

A standard room accommodates two. Check the queen or twin option for your dates and keep breakfast selected to get the room-only starting figure.

Two adults and two children

Use one condo with two queen beds for all four, or compare a two-bedroom villa. Enter both children in the search so you compare the same party in each room.

Count room tax once

Direct rooms include breakfast. When a price is marked “plus tax,” US$100 before 15% tax is US$115 after tax. If your booking total already includes tax, copy that total as shown.

Two ways the extras add up

Both examples start from a direct room with breakfast. All-inclusive adds US$40 per adult and US$30 per child per night before tax. The airport prices below are for one private vehicle from Managua to Surf Ranch, one way.

Two adults · Three nights

Meals upgrade: 2 adults × US$40 × 3 nights = US$240. Tax on the upgrade is US$36, so add US$276 to the breakfast room total. Add US$130 for a one-way Managua airport pickup for two. Together these extras add US$406. If you keep breakfast and book only the pickup, add US$130 instead.

Two adults and two children at the child rate · Three nights

Meals upgrade: (2 × US$40 + 2 × US$30) × 3 nights = US$420. Add US$63 tax for an upgrade total of US$483. A one-way Managua pickup for four is US$150, bringing the extras to US$633 above your breakfast condo or villa total. Confirm children’s ages when checking the plan.

For a two-night family weekend, the same four guests add US$280 before tax for all-inclusive, or US$322 including 15% tax. With one Managua pickup at US$150, budget US$472 above the breakfast-included room quote. A return transfer is separate.

STEP 3

Price surf lessons separately

The three-night Surf & Stay package starts with two 90-minute lessons per person, boards during lessons, return beach transport and three lunches or dinners per person. The package discounts surf sessions by 20%. Adjust the lesson and meal count in the package builder to see the full price for your dates.

A quoted package total already includes its rooms and selected activities. Compare it with the room and extras you would book independently. If only some family members will take lessons, ask reception to price that mix.
