The Surf Ranch reception is open from 7:30am - 9:00pm. Our receptionists are here to help you get checked in, checked out, arrange activities, airport shuttles and to cater to your every need. We speak English and Spanish.

The reception is located on the bottom floor of the main restaurant building, in front of the parking lot when you first enter the resort.
